Mother's Day Special

4-5 workouts a week for four weeks

  • If you are a mom or know a mom needing help getting things rolling, this is a perfect Mother’s Day gift to jump-start you/her.
  • Kick-off Monday, May 8th, walking toward a healthier you.
  • You can choose as many as 4-5 workouts a week for four weeks.
  • One day is Yoga or Yoga stretching; the other days are fitness.
  • You get one Saturday out of the four weeks as a bonus.
  • You will get food tips, lots of encouragement, modification moves, motivation from ladies on the same journey as you, and accountability.
  • Don’t let me forget fun, just a fun atmosphere of extraordinary women.

What: 4 weeks / 4-5 workouts per week

Who: Women of all fitness levels 

When: Start anytime in May

Where: In-person or Zoom

Times: Monday's 11am, 4pm, or 6pm.

Tuesday's & Thursday's 11am, 4pm, or 5:15pm.

Friday's 11am
